In other words, our company sells a furniture product or service that can solve a specific problem of people, respectively, we have found people who might be interested in our products or services, and these people will be our target audience.
Personas are fictional characters, which you create based upon your research in order to represent the different user types that might use our service, product, site, or brand in a similar way. Creating personas will help us to understand our user's needs, experiences, behavior's, and goals.
